About Innkeepers Lodge Chester Christleton

Innkeepers Lodge Chester Christleton occupies rooms set above the Cheshire Cat Vintage Inn, a pub with a country-style feel that gives the hotel a homely, traditional character rather than the usual corporate feel of a chain hotel. Bedrooms are en-suite, with family rooms available for those travelling with children, and drinks can be brought straight to the room.

Breakfast is included and Wi-Fi is free throughout, while downstairs the restaurant and bar serve food through the day, with kids' meals catered for. A garden and outdoor seating area, including a dining terrace, make the most of good weather, and 24-hour reception means arrival times are flexible. Free on-site parking is provided for anyone driving in.

The location in Chester puts guests within reach of golf courses, other pubs and restaurants, and further entertainment nearby, making the Lodge a straightforward, comfortable base for exploring the area without frills.

Absolutely fantastic . Rooms immaculate. Food was wonderful and THE BEST staff ive encountered ,and ive stayed in lots of hotels. The position on the canal was a bonus and the park and ride into chester just down the road was great.

Fabulous inn in beautiful surroundings. Had a lovely 2 day stay for our anniversary. Breakfast was lovely and meals at night were great value. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Never felt rushed out of inn after eating. Beautiful stay.

All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, with a nice big comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely, with the shower being spacious and always hot running water too. The food was incredible, we had evening meal on our arrival day and we had breakfast the morning after, there are plenty of vegan options and also just general accommodations as my partner did not want a full breakfast so he could just choose the items he wanted instead. We shall be visiting again as there is more to see and do in Chester!

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of The Cheshire Cat. No problems parking and we enjoyed sitting in the pub garden for a drink; the scenery and peacefulness is lush! Food was delicious, particularly breakfast which we sampled a vast amount of the variety on offer. Staff were friendly and accommodating in the bar, restaurant and the cleaning team too. The bedroom & bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfy; we had a good night sleep the 3 nights we stayed. Only a couple of small things could be improved on; floorboards in our room quite noisy…hopefully we didn’t wake anyone below us in the night when using the bathroom. Would be great to have a fan or a ceiling fan in the room to cool it down. We didn’t have heating on but the room was cosy in the eve/at night. Overall definitely a wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend and would go back if in the Chester area again for sure.
