What guests say
We booked on line, checked in on line and got all the information with regards to parking and your discount for the carpark was welcome. Your hotel is in an amazing position and although we didn't use your restaurant we felt it was a very welcoming atmosphere. The air-conditioning was top notch in this heat wave and the bed was amazingly comfortable, a comment I don't share with many hotels as I have neck and spinal issues. In a street packed with bars and restaurants and just a stroll from the river and town, I would recommend your hotel to anyone

As it was our second visit, we found a carpark space easily, made sure we had all our relevant lugguage and set off throught the shopping centre. As we approached the exit, a friendly security man sent us around to another exit as the convenient one had broken down. Not a good start. Then our Woucher had not been properly certified but the excellent receptionists had met this before and fortunately were able to put us right, and allocate us a room. From then on, all went smoothly. Happy with the room, the position of the hotel and the above average buffet breakfast (chef fried the eggs freshly). Staff were all friendly and efficient, especially on reception. Two issues - the height of the side of the bath is difficult for anyone with a mobility issue and we felt that the range of fruit at breakfast was disappointing. Otherwise great and happily recommend.

Our stay was perfect. We loved the fact the room had air-conditioning since the weather was so hot. Every staff member we interacted with were so polite and friendly. The food was lovely too. My husband was disappointed there were no hash browns for breakfast (that's more him being a picky person), but there was still plenty of choice. And, it was still delicious and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay here again for future visits to Chester.
