2 adults for 2 nights. Very pleased with the hotel. 10 minutes walk from the shops and bars. Our room was spacious and clean with all the usual facilities. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The only down side was the room was very warm during the night even with the air conditioning on. We will definitely stay again.

Premier inn was easy to find and comfy to stay in. Parking was provided and when that was full there was ample in street parking right outside. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely as it always is at Premier Inns. However attention to detail was lacking. Requested a cot for the room and arrived to find one had not been put in the room. Despite booking for 2 adults, there was only 1 towel in the room and the soap was basically empty. The staff were lovely though and provided everything needed.

We booked a premier plus room but were disappointed with the lack of space having been used to what are usually generously sized rooms at PI. The room was the size of a shoebox, there was nowhere to put our second bag and nowhere to store clothes. ** thank you for your response below asking me to contact customer relations. I did that before I posted the review, they told me to take the issue up directly with the the hotel 🤷 **

Great rooms, convienent location and lovely gentleman who checked us in when we arrived, however the experience was slightly let down by the fact that despite us letting the breakfast staff know our dietary requirements, no one informed us that there were food options for us on request. We only found out about this after eating the limited food on offer. So good to note for guests... If you do have dietary requirements there are options for you even if they don't tell you! And good to note for staff...It would be good if when asking for dietries you then let guests know that our food options were available on request, as otherwise the breakfast is really not worth the money ☺️
