Really good experience staying at Rooms. Andrea, the receptionist, moved us into a different room on request. It was big, with dual aspect windows overlooking the race course. Plenty of space for us and our dog in a grande studio. The kitchen had everything we needed including a proper sized fridge. Well located for shops, bars and restaurants. We were comfortable and well looked after.

We've been here 3 times and are so impressed with the rooms and staff. 5 mins walk to the centre of Chester but Roomzzz is in a quiet location so the best of both worlds. Great to have comfortable seating in the rooms and gorgeous fresh croissants to help yourself to in the morning.

Could not fault this place at all! Everything was amazing start to finish the room was stunning very spacious the beds were comfy. The reception staff were so lovely especially Andrea she gave us lots of information about Chester and the hotel and made us feel so welcoming.

Very impressed with this place. Very clean and tidy rooms, with everything you would need having a kitchenette. Friendly check in staff that we were presently surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite over looking Chester Racecourse (shame there wasn't a race on). Would 100% recommend and come back if I was in the area.
