Old Rectory Barn

Old Rectory Barn is a converted 18th-century barn sleeping 10 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything needed for a stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi all come as standard, plus initial logs for the wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. A wood-burning stove heats the ground floor, where you'll find the open-plan living space with Smart TV, and a separate utility room with washer-dryer.

Beyond the main house, a detached heated games room contains a pool table, table football, table tennis and garden games. The property sits on an acre of lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue, giving groups or families genuine space to spread out. On-site parking accommodates eight cars. A pub lies within a mile, and the village green is a two-minute walk away. The building itself retains original features—exposed beams, stone and brick—while the practical additions mean you're not roughing it. No smoking throughout.
