South Wing Coldharbour Park Farm

The South Downs National Park straddles Hampshire and West Sussex, a landscape that draws walkers and cyclists through open country and villages. South Wing Coldharbour Park Farm sits on this border, accessed through a private gated entrance past fields and paddocks, with ample parking on site. One bedroom with a double and single bed sleeps up to three, alongside a bathroom with bath and shower, and a single bathroom.

Everything is on the ground floor. The open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge, dining area and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine all included. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. An enclosed garden with seating, dining furniture and a sun canopy offers a place to sit out. One well-behaved pet stays free; smoking is not permitted inside.

A pub stands just across the road from the farm. Two miles away in Milland, another pub welcomes dogs. The garden centre opposite has a cafe serving breakfasts, light meals and cakes. Hayling Island and West Wittering beaches are within reach, as are Arundel Castle and Chichester Cathedral. The Goodwood Estate, known for the Festival of Speed and Revival, lies nearby, as do Cowdray for polo and Trotton Estates Vineyard.
