Couples and small families find The Barn suits them well. This detached former farm building near Chichester has two bedrooms—a king and a double—with two bathrooms, and everything is on the ground floor. A wood-burning stove warms the open-plan living and dining space, which has high vaulted ceilings and French doors onto a patio and gardens. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking; a dishwasher and full-sized appliances mean you can prepare meals without fuss.

Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with fuel for the fire. There is private parking for two cars on site, and an EV charging point. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The back garden has seating and furniture for outdoor time. No smoking indoors. Pulborough is nearby for everyday shopping and dining out, with walking routes through and around the town if you want to stretch your legs.

Wonderful brunch experience. Beautiful quality food and lovely presentation. It is on the pricey side (for us), but worth it for the quality ingredients. Nice shop too with some great gifts and home items.

This was my first time here and I’m so impressed! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were incredible. Debbie and the rest of the lovely staff looked after my friend and me so well. Debbie was incredibly mindful, even proactively offering us the Wi-Fi password. The food was superb—the shakshuka with halloumi and the iced chai were both delicious. It’s a beautiful, friendly hidden gem of a place. I'll definitely be back and will recommend this to more friends!

Quaint and friendly. It serves good coffee and great food. There are lots of tables but they filled up quickly. We went at 10.30 in the morning and npt a problem to get a table.

What a wonderful find. A tardis of a place filled with wonderful shop items to buy and hundreds of cookbooks to look at in the cafe area. Impeccable, friendly and professional service and the menu was wonderful. Really quirkily charming place that I could happily spend hours in. Amazing chalets in the garden for when the weather is better. I had Welsh rarebit for breakfast and a flat white -terrible photo I’m sorry! Great coffee, delicious food. We will be back. I’m keen to try the whole menu over time! Thank you for a great first experience.
