The Print Studio

The Print Studio is a single-storey cottage on the owners' grounds outside Compton, near the edge of the South Downs National Park. You arrive into a dining room that connects to a fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave and washing machine. The bedroom has a super kingsize bed and opens through patio doors onto the garden. A shower room completes the layout, with a separate upstairs living room containing a Freeview TV. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The cottage sits on a south-facing terrace at the front, good for morning coffee, while a side garden catches afternoon sun. From the rear parking area, bridleways lead directly out across the Downs on foot or by bike. A pub is within a mile. The rural location means mobile signal is limited, and the property does not accommodate children under 16. No smoking inside.

Uppark House and Gardens, a National Trust property with Georgian interiors and 18th-century dolls' houses, is a short drive away. Chichester, Petersfield and Portsmouth are all within reach by car for a day out, while the immediate setting is quiet farmland where sheep graze in fields behind the cottage.
