I was a bit dubious about staying here after reading some of the reviews, however I am so glad I gave this place a chance. Stayed here for 2 nights on an electric tent pitch as was attending a concert at tottenham. I was missing the arrival email but as soon as i rang they emailed it over. Arrived after reception closed but the email gave all the details needed so was super easy on arrival to pitch up and just had to go to reception next morning before 11. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure everything was ok. The site is a lovely, clean, spacious site. The toilet blocks were always clean and warm and the showers I found to be great with a fold down seat, hooke on back of foor and towel hoop. Theres no cubicles with sinks in as you get at some sites but there are plenty of toilets. The toilets also have child seats built into them which is great if you have younger children or potty training. The site is well placed for getting into London which takes around 45 mins - 1 hour on bus / tube and train. For concert at tottenham we used Bolt as a taxi company and this cost £13 and took around 15-20 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

A cracking little camp site with a modest but very reasonably priced shop. I stayed in the cocoon, which was clean and comfortable, with electric for a fan and heater, with kettle etc. The amenities were basic with 3 showers and toilets, with 4 sinks. The showers were hot, but with no seating within, making dressing in there difficult, especially with lower leg disability. When I returned late at night, there were several hundred dead flies in the sinks and tops surrounding them. I went for a shower at 9am and they were still there. The cleaner arrived at 0915. They should have been cleaned much earlier and ahead of the morning shower routine for customers. I didn't want to put my wash kit on the table due to the mess. That aside, a beautiful, affordable park and if they prioritised with their shower room cleaning, I'd have no complaints.

Great campsite for a base for london. Very quiet easy to get to the station. We walked 20 mins to ponders end and took the train to Liverpool st, loads easier than bus and tube which took ages. I'm sure we'll be back knowing how safe and easy it is. Toilets and showers clean but never used them. Perfect 3 days away 👌👍😀

Good location to access the city via public transport. The facilities are okay. The shower/toilet block is in desperate need of some hooks! There is plenty of wall space for a load of hooks to be fitted to be able to hang things while getting changed etc. also no sockets for hairdryers and no alternative hairdryer provided even if it was a pay for 15min one it would be better than nothing. Site was relatively quiet at night, considering your surrounding areas, we never expected it to be quiet though being in London, so don’t expect total peace and quiet coming here.
