A stream runs through the grounds, and there's an enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue. Parking is on site, and a pub lies within a mile's walk.
The open-plan ground floor has a living area with a woodburner and smart TV, a dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity and wi-fi are included. One dog is welcome to stay.
This location suits couples wanting to explore the Cotswolds without driving far. Stratford-upon-Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cotswolds Water Park are each 20–25 minutes away by car. The surrounding countryside offers walks and cycling routes. No smoking inside the property.
