Our first time visiting through the HAF programme and the kids had a great time. The staff were young, friendly and full of energy, which made for a fun atmosphere. The only downside was that we would have liked a bit longer on the trampolines, but overall it was a good experience.

Today was my son’s birthday, and visiting Clip ’n Climb was an amazing experience. There is a great variety of activities, and safety is clearly a priority—there is always staff supervising the kids. My children were very happy and had a lot of fun. We also bought the jumping and dodgeball activities, which added even more excitement. Everyone enjoyed it a lot, and the tickets were definitely worth the price. There is plenty of free parking, the staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. Even the toilets were well maintained—clean, no mess, and no bad smells. Overall, a fantastic place for kids and a great way to celebrate a birthday!

This was our first time at Jump In and I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained, clean and bright it was. Some other trampoline parks can be dark, dingy and a little dirty (in my experience) and this place was very nice. My children & their friends really enjoyed their time there. The staff were friendly and there was a good range of food and drinks on the menus and the eating/seating area was clean and tidy. We will definitely return!

As always, my kids (9 & 11) absolutely love this place! We had a mix-up with our reservation, but Luke went above and beyond to help us sort everything out quickly and smoothly. His friendly, supportive attitude really made a difference. Thank you, Luke, for the excellent customer service, we’ll definitely be spending the summer here as usual!
