Visited this cinema for the first time last Saturday night and had a great experience! The person at the counter was very welcoming, friendly and chatty. The person taking tickets kindly walked me to my screen because my hands were full, so he opened the door for me. The movie was great, sound seemed fine, screen was fine and the lights dimmed fully for the movie (previous reviews said this had been an issue). I’d happily go here again. It is a bit dated, old fashioned swing seats only and doesn’t have the coke refill machines, hence only 4 stars, but didn’t ruin the movie experience.

Company is shockingly BAD!!! Accidentally booked wrong location as was in a rush with my Autistic son, when I subsequently arrived staff said I can't get refund or transfer to next available child film, so had to leave cinema with a child in hysterics!! No compassion or empathy to the situation shown, simply company says we can't do that EMAIL customer service. I eventually emailed customer service when I settled my son down and they said we won't give you refund!! Thanks Cineworld. CORPORATE GREED in full effect!!!!

I went with a Charity Youth Group called Yellow Submarine, We had a private screening to see Minions and Monsters. We had a lovely experience because it was our own private screening, everyone was relaxed as there was no anxiety about anyone having to be shushed, in fact so relaxed everyone just watched the film quietly and enjoyed it.

Positives: cheap tickets, friendly staff. Negatives: sound was very bad (rattling bass, crackling when high volume), screen was creased, uncomfortable seats with not much legroom, faint smell of vomit in the theatre.
