The pool is pretty good for kids, with a graduated pool and flume, so fun for all ages. The issue this place has is that it is disgustingly dirty, everywhere. The floor where you're expected to walk bare foot is horrible with mud, sock fluff and hair. There'srust over most metal fittings and mould on tile grout. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the company need to take a leaf out of their own book and do BETTER!

I take my kids to Didcot Wave all the time and they always have a great time. The waves and slides are a big hit and keep them busy the whole time. It’s usually clean and feels safe, which is the main thing for me. Staff are always helpful too.

Freezing cold. The pool is cold and so with children you probably won’t last beyond 20 minutes. The room itself also isn’t warm (you’d want a jumper if watching swimmers, which is so unusual for a pool area!). It’s a bit tired too but that’s not as easy to fix. Please turn the pool temp up, otherwise I’d suggest you find another pool. Apparently Abingdon is a bit warmer.

Horribly disgusting, floor is a state, walked into the toilet there was pungent piss every where, full to the top of very little kids, went to swim with mates and we where humiliated and left feeling diss respected by staff, we are made to wear wristbands in the gym and only let in for 40 minutes even though we pay an extortionate fee. However not all staff are bad since a member named Steve was always compassionate and caring towards us.
