What visitors say
A true hidden gem away from the busy town life. Its a little difficult to reach. If you are driving fro. Car park you need to walk 30 to 45 mi to get there. However the best way to visit is by walking along south West costal path. The trail itself is breathtakingly beautiful eith stunning sea views. Absolutely worth the effort for the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty.

Another amazing location on the stunning coastline of Dorset. It’s quite a hike to get there but there is an easier route in a roundabout way. If you go straight down it can be fun as you use some rope to lower yourself down a path. Not a good idea when it’s wet, walk round & down. Well worth it though, a prehistoric beach with fossils still to be seen in the rocks. You can walk out on the ledges when the tide is out.

You can park in smallish 30 cars, park about 1 1/2miles from Chapman pool, it is quite a challenge getting down and up if you are using the coastal path but nice when you are there. Good for swimming diving and just having a picnic weather permitting. It is a smaller Lulworth but without the shops or any amenities.

What a lovely spot, some fossils to find but they're not as good as the ones further along the coast. Follow the path down to the boat houses is my tip, the other smaller path was the path of death in the wet, I made it down I didn't attempt to go back up it 🤣 Unfortunately the cove does have a lot of litter washing up, although that does offer some beach coming opportunities. Standing at the bottom of the cliffs when some rocks tumble down heightens the senses 😬
