East View

A traditional cottage with character, East View sits in countryside near Fernlea with direct access to walking routes. The property has two storeys: downstairs holds a living room with woodburner, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted for actual cooking rather than heating tins. A ground-floor bathroom serves this level. Upstairs, a second sitting room provides a quiet alternative to the main living space, while the two bedrooms—one with a super king bed, one with a double—share a shower room nearby.

Four guests have the whole place to themselves. The kitchen contains an electric oven, hob, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher, plus fridge and freezer space for self-catering. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included, as is the initial fuel for the woodburner. One car parks on site; one dog stays free and receives a welcome pack with extras. The enclosed back garden has garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. No smoking inside.
