North Cornwall's coastline sits within reach of this rural farmstay, where Skyber occupies a converted stone building on a working farm near Camelford. The cottage is yours alone—a single-storey retreat designed for two, set around the farm's medieval cobbled yard. Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay and Trebarwith Strand lie a short drive away, along with Boscastle's harbour-side shops and walks.
Inside, everything fits on one floor. The living room has an electric wood burner and two wingback chairs facing the Freeview TV; a dining alcove with pine table overlooks the private garden. The kitchen handles proper cooking with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. One double bedroom with a pocket spring mattress and a shower room complete the space. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There's parking for one car and a back garden with seating.
Dogs stay free and the beaches nearby welcome them. The property doesn't permit smoking. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.

We have just had a fantastic stay at Old Newham Farm Cottage and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel incredibly welcome and was the perfect host throughout our stay. The cottage was immaculate, cosy, and exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. It was lovely to come back each evening after exploring the stunning Cornish coast. We travelled with our two German Shepherds, and this was one of the most dog-friendly places we’ve stayed. They were made to feel just as welcome as we were, and there were plenty of great walks and open spaces nearby for them to enjoy. Being able to holiday somewhere so welcoming to larger dogs made all the difference. The location is ideal for exploring beautiful places such as Boscastle, Port Isaac, Tintagel, and the surrounding countryside, while still being wonderfully peaceful and quiet. A huge thank you to Chris for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and will definitely recommend Old Newham Farm Cottage to family and friends. Five stars in every respect!

This place is fantastic. It takes you back into traditional Cornish history. It has been very carefully renovated to keep its original character. Mary and Christopher make you feel at home in their Cornish Cottages. They make everyone feel happy and safe in the current COVID situation. We are definitely rebooking next year…or even sooner! (We are more than satisfied)

Cant recommend enough! Chris & Mary are so helpful and friendly, they have thought of everything. We stayed in Stables cottage, so charming and comfortable, set in beautiful quiet country surroundings. The cream tea was a lovely touch! We will definitely return!

We have been there (Nutmegs` )and had a nice stay 9 days long at easter 2013 even it was very cold for us the first two days. Many greetings to Chris and Mary!
