4 Seashore

4 Seashore is a first-floor apartment in a converted Victorian house, positioned right on Porth Beach with its own direct access to the sand via private steps. The space is open-plan across the ground level: a living area with television and DVD player, a dining area with sea views, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and everything else you need to self-cater. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other two singles; there's a bathroom with both bath and shower. Wi-Fi and parking for one car are included, along with bed linen and towels. A welcome pack arrives with you on check-in.

The beach is literally outside. Newquay town centre lies a 15 to 20 minute walk along the coastal path, where you'll find nine surf beaches, restaurants, bars and a golf course. Watergate Bay is close by, as are Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan within a short drive. Central heating runs throughout the apartment, which operates year-round. Smoking is not permitted. Note there are two steps up to the front door.
