Quay House is fully equipped for self-catering, with everything needed for a week away already in place. The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, and full-sized fridge; bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided; heating runs throughout, including underfloor warmth in the bathrooms. A cot and highchair are available if needed. The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a kingsize on the first floor with an ensuite shower and French doors to a balcony; another kingsize on the first floor; and two single beds on the second floor, served by a second ensuite with both bath and shower.
What sets this apart is the location. Quay House sits yards from Porth Beach, with its own private steps leading straight down to the sand—no shared beach access, no walk across a car park. The house is part of a Victorian conversion development and comes with allocated parking for two cars, a rear patio, and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Two steps and a ramp lead to the front door. The living and dining room has a TV with DVD, and the main bedroom also has its own screen. A welcome pack with tea, coffee and wine arrives on check-in.
Newquay's town centre and harbour lie about 15 to 20 minutes' walk along the coastal path. The property does not permit smoking.
