Below Deck is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a Grade II listed Georgian house, set up with everything needed for a complete stay. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine, so you can prepare meals or do laundry as required. The living room contains a Smart TV, DVD player and a small library of books, DVDs and CDs. A kingsize bed is in the bedroom, and there's a shower room with a heated towel rail.

The property sits in a conservation area with access to the seafront and local shops within walking distance. You get private parking for one car on site, and a bus stop is just outside. The flat has its own entrance and you'll have the whole place to yourself. There's a terrace with garden furniture (shared access with one neighbouring holiday rental, with screening between), where you can sit outside. The building has original features including exposed beams and Georgian windows and doors. No smoking is permitted, and children under 12 are not accommodated unless they are babes in arms.
