Bude draws families and surfers year-round for its sandy beaches, golf course and indoor pool, yet the quieter countryside lies just beyond. Burracott Farm's Cider Barn is a converted semi-detached property tucked in a sheltered valley where sheep and cattle graze nearby. Three miles from town and two and a half from the nearest shops, it sits far enough out to feel genuinely rural, but close enough that the coast and Bude's restaurants are a short drive away.
The barn sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles (one with an ensuite shower) and a twin. There are two bathrooms in total. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a smart TV, and a kitchen equipped to cook proper meals—electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A washer-dryer is built in. Upstairs and down, you have bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi as standard. The property includes a lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue, parking for three cars, and a travel cot and highchair if needed. No smoking is allowed.
The property can be booked alongside its neighbour to accommodate twelve guests. The Boscastle and Tintagel villages are fifteen miles away; Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Eden Project are all within reasonable driving distance. A river runs two hundred yards from the barn.

Lovely barn conversion. Great place to stay for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Owners are lovely and on site at farm house if you need anything.

Excellent Cottage and converted Barn, lots of room for the children to run around and make new friends; excellent quality furniture, fixtures and fittings, wi fi. About 2-3 miles from the nearest Beach at Widemouth. No dogs as incorporated within a sheep farm - although you wouldnt no that if you wernt told. You need transport to get about.

This is a lovely place, a converted barn on a working farm. The standards inside the barn are excellent. Homeleigh being one of three conversions all sleeping six comfortably. Michael and Carol are lovely people who are very helpful and friendly, they own the farm and cottages. Its location is superb as your a mile away from the A39 yet only 3 miles from Bude. Very peaceful surroundings, no traffic noise only birds. This is our second time here and will definately be coming here again. A must for everyone.
