Bude and the North Cornwall coastline sit within easy reach of this single-storey cottage on a working beef and sheep farm. The property stands just over three miles from the sea, making it a genuine rural base rather than a seaside bolt-hole. A large lawn with seating looks out towards the owners' ponies in their paddock, while footpaths lead directly into the surrounding countryside for walking and exploring. The A39 Atlantic Highway is minutes away, so reaching Bude itself or travelling further south towards Port Isaac requires minimal effort.
The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. The main bedroom holds a double bed; the second room has two singles and works as flexible sleeping space. A living room with television and a kitchen diner contain everything needed for self-catering—oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine among them. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. You have private parking for two cars and a substantial garden with furniture for sitting out. Note there is one step up to the entrance porch.
Bude itself offers an open-air sea pool running year-round, an 18-hole golf course, bowling and cycle routes. The owners live in the adjoining farmhouse and welcome guests to the working farm. The property is not available to smokers.
