The Old Smithy

The Old Smithy is a single-storey cottage sleeping two, designed with sustainability in mind and positioned to catch sea views. Everything happens on the ground floor: an open-plan living area with Smart TV and dining space, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, a bedroom with double bed, and an en-suite bathroom offering both bath and shower. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump keep things warm; Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included.

The cottage comes with an enclosed garden and patio for outdoor sitting, plus private parking for one car and storage for bikes or boards. Dogs stay free. The location suits people after beach time—Widemouth Bay is close by—as well as anyone wanting to explore the north Cornwall coast without the hassle of checking into a hotel each night. A welcome pack is provided, and travel cots and stairgates are available if needed. No smoking throughout.
