Chyandour

Chyandour spreads across four floors with three separate balconies, each capturing different angles of the view towards Polruan and out to sea. The house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: two with twin single beds and one with a double, along with two bathrooms. Parking includes a garage for one car and additional private space for another.

The main living areas work around the split-level layout. A living room on the ground floor has a gas fire, Freeview TV and French doors onto a balcony; one of the twin bedrooms also opens to outside space. The kitchen and dining room occupy the upper floor, equipped for real cooking with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. The house is no-smoking throughout.

Fowey itself is centred on the estuary, with boat trips, restaurants, and galleries within walking distance. The Cornish coast to either side offers beaches and coastal paths.
