This compact stone cottage spans three floors, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the main living space below. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a wood burner and freeview television, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and the rest. Fuel for the burner is provided. A utility outbuilding houses a freezer and washing machine, and there is parking a short walk away.

The cottage sits within easy reach of Fowey's shops, restaurants and waterfront; Readmoney Cove's sandy beach is roughly 25 minutes on foot. One dog is welcome. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The property is non-smoking, and check-in is after 3pm with a 10am departure.
