It's a single open-plan space with a living area, kitchen, and bedroom, all opening onto a large balcony that faces across the water. The bedroom has a king-size bed. There's a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen is set up for self-catering with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

The building sits within walking distance of Fowey's shops, cafes, galleries and quays, with pubs nearby. Guests have shared use of a laundry room and games room elsewhere on the site, and can access kayaks and a small rowing boat kept on-site. A public car park is a five-minute walk away. The apartment suits two people, though a travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request. No smoking is permitted inside.
