Fairwinds

Fairwinds is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Falmouth with space for 12 guests and one dog. The house comes fully equipped: electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with wifi throughout. You get a hot tub for eight people, and there's an electric car charging point if you need it. Smoking is not permitted.

The ground floor has two living rooms—one with a woodburner and smart TV, the other with a television—plus a dining room and a well-stocked kitchen with an oil Aga, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and wine cooler. A shower room and separate toilet are on this level, useful after beach trips. Upstairs are the six bedrooms: one super king with an ensuite containing a walk-in shower and heated towel rail; one double with ensuite; two rooms with pairs of single beds; and two further bedrooms with super king and single beds respectively. The first floor also has a family bathroom with bath and cubicle shower. Outside, the garden gives children room to play and adults space to relax.

This works well for extended families or groups wanting a whole property to themselves. The Cornish Bakery is nearby. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
