St Mawes draws visitors for its harbour, galleries and coastal walks, and Rosevean House sits well within the village to take advantage of all three. This detached property spreads across two floors with a mezzanine level, offering eight guests sleeping space in four bedrooms: a super king with ensuite, a king with its own ensuite and balcony, and two further bedrooms with paired single beds sharing a family bathroom.

The heart of the house centres on generous living areas. Downstairs, a mezzanine sitting room with books and board games connects to a fully equipped kitchen—three electric ovens, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine mean you can cook as simply or ambitiously as you choose. A separate games room with pool and air hockey table suits rainy afternoons. Bi-fold doors from the main living room open onto a large patio; the master bedroom's french doors lead to a first-floor balcony overlooking the bay. A woodburner, oil heating, wi-fi and electricity are all included, as are bed linen and towels. The garden has further furniture and a barbecue. There is private parking for four cars, including an electric charging point. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking throughout.

The garden contains drops and steps, so children need close watching. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 9.30am.
