Pencuil

Pencuil is equipped as a fully functioning home rather than a basic holiday let. The kitchen has a double electric oven and Aga, dishwasher, and opens onto the garden through patio doors. Upstairs, two sitting rooms offer different spaces to spread out—one with Sky HD and a DVD player, the other with a CD player. Three of the four bedrooms have ensuite facilities; the fourth has its own nearby toilet. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.

The house sits in secluded gardens overlooking the River Percuil and its boat moorings, within easy reach of St Mawes village centre and the surrounding boatyards. A travel cot and highchair are available, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. The garden has furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals; a balcony offers additional seating with river views. Private parking accommodates three cars, and a garage provides extra storage and freezer space. No smoking is permitted inside. The property works well for two families or a large group needing separate sleeping and living spaces.
