Garden Studio

Garden Studio is a self-contained property on a 3-acre estate near Little Polgooth in Cornwall. It consists of a main studio and a separate garden room with wood burner, both yours alone for the stay. The main building has an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room on the first floor, alongside a bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge—plus there's a washing machine if you need it. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included.

The grounds are the real feature: 3 acres of lawned space with a courtyard, barbecue, chiminea and garden furniture. There's a bike store on site and parking for one car. Some rooms have sloping ceilings due to the building's design. The property is not far from the coast and beaches around Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey. No smoking indoors.
