Number One

Number One is a detached bungalow a short walk from St. Austell town centre, on the edge of South Cornwall's coastal region. The property sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms—a double and a twin—with a walk-in shower room on the first floor. Everything you need for self-catering is provided: electricity, bed linen, towels, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, and washing machine.

The ground floor contains a living room with Freeview Smart TV, a separate dining room, and the well-stocked kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the wet room. Gas central heating keeps the property warm year-round. Outside, a decking area with garden furniture overlooks the garden, and there is on-road parking. The bungalow does not permit smoking.

St. Austell itself offers shops, restaurants and cafes, while Porthpean Beach and Charlestown harbour are within reach for a day out. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both nearby. A bus stop is outside the property and the train station is in town, making it straightforward to explore further afield without a car.
