Gull Cottage sits within a purpose-built village of holiday homes laid out around streams and mature planting on the outskirts of Falmouth. The setting feels secluded despite being close to town, with small bridges crossing the grounds and shared gardens maintained year-round. The cottage itself is a self-contained property sleeping six across three bedrooms—two doubles and one with bunk beds—served by a single bathroom with bath and shower.
The ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen in one open space, equipped for cooking and eating in: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine mean you can prepare proper meals or do laundry without leaving the cottage. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. One parking space comes with the property, and there's a lawned area shared with other cottages on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The village has a children's play area, a gym, and a seasonal café and bar near reception; coin-operated laundry facilities are also available.
Swanpool beach and nature reserve lie roughly a mile away; Maenporth is similarly close, and Gyllyngvase—Falmouth's largest beach—a short drive. The area around Falmouth holds gardens and National Trust properties worth visiting. The cottage does not allow smoking, and guests should note there are steps in the grounds.
