Hartriza is a three-bedroom house in St Austell, sleeping four, with a double bedroom featuring an ensuite and two single rooms sharing a family bathroom. The ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen with dining space opening onto a patio, plus a separate living room; both rooms have underfloor heating. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there's parking for one car on site.
St Austell itself has a brewery visitor centre and the Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum, housed in former working pits. Shops, a cinema and supermarkets are within walking distance. The property is positioned for exploring further afield—Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away. Children under ten are not accommodated, and no smoking is permitted.
