Fowey's narrow streets lead down to a working quayside lined with independent shops, galleries and restaurants that source locally. Readymoney Cove's sandy beach is a 15-minute walk away. The estuary itself offers sailing, kayaking, fishing trips and dolphin spotting. Further afield, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow and Newquay are all accessible for a day out.
Haybarn is a traditional stone cottage that sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—with one bathroom. The ground floor is open plan, combining living and dining areas with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs, both bedrooms have televisions. There's a small lawned garden to the front with a patio and bench, and you have parking for one car on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage is part of a cluster on the rural edge of Fowey but close enough to walk to the centre in minutes.

Lovely cottage, good location. Well equipped. A little tired but nothing significant. It may be wise to offer a slight reduction and be honest about the building going on on the site. The only way staff equipment and supplies get to said site is past the 3 cottages. Its mucky dusty and loud. The review history shows its been an issue for a long time. I wish i had read them.
