Mill Cottage

Mill Cottage is a stone conversion arranged over two floors, giving you the whole place to yourself. Downstairs opens into a living space with dining area and kitchen; upstairs holds two bedrooms and a bathroom. The layout is straightforward—nothing cramped or confusing when you arrive. You get a double in one bedroom and two singles in the other, so it suits couples, families or friends sharing. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—gas oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine are all here. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's an electric woodburner in the living area, a TV and DVD player if you want them. Out the back is a lawned garden with furniture and a picnic table, facing onto the cottage's own terrace. One parking space comes with the property. The cottage sits among quiet communal gardens near Fowey on the Cornish coast. No smoking inside, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
