High Meadows

High Meadows is a substantial family house in St Mawes, arranged over two levels with six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across both floors. The layout suits larger groups well—whether extended families, multiple couples or friends gathering together. Ground-floor bedrooms mean flexibility in how guests use the space; upstairs, the main living areas are bright and open-plan, with a sitting room, separate dining room and library for when the group wants to spread out. A utility room on the ground floor is practical for sorting walking kit, wetsuits or sailing equipment, and there is parking for four cars.

The kitchen has two ovens, a gas hob and dual fridge-freezers, plus a breakfast bar for informal gatherings. All bedrooms are en-suite except one pair of singles, which share the family shower room. Patio doors from several bedrooms open directly onto the garden; the upper-floor living spaces have balconies overlooking the grounds and river views across the Percuil. The lawned garden includes decking, furniture and a barbecue. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are covered; heating is via an air source heat pump and solar system.

The house sits a ten-minute walk from St Mawes harbour, with the Sailing Club quay and Summers Beach nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout. Children are accommodated—a highchair is available on request.
