The property sits roughly 6 miles from Widemouth Bay and about 8 miles from Bude, placing it within reach of significant stretches of Cornish coastline. The nearest shops are at the SPAR in Whitstone. Bude itself offers beaches for swimming and surfing, a restored canal with footpaths, the Southwest Coastal Path, a golf course, indoor swimming pool and bowling facilities. Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Morwenstow and Tintagel are all within a short drive. Much of the surrounding coast is National Trust land. No smoking is permitted. One pet is welcome.
