Lower Axford Cottage is a single-bedroom property on a working farm near Callington, sleeping two people and one dog. The whole cottage is yours alone. Everything you need for a self-catering stay comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, plus a welcome pack to get you started.
The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a smart TV and patio doors onto a courtyard garden, a well-stocked kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, a utility room with washing machine and microwave, and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. Outside, you have private parking for one car and access to garden furniture and a barbecue in the courtyard. Three steps lead up to the entrance and within the courtyard itself. The location is rural and quiet but within reach of towns and beaches; Callington itself is nearby.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage last month. It was in such a pretty location. The cottage was exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen, even dog bowls and a treat for our dog. The table and chairs outside was great for morning coffee. Upstairs there was a very comfortable bed and well appointed shower room. The welcome cream tea was such a nice touch and the owner Jeanette was very friendly and helpful. We just wish we could have stayed for longer and would definitely visit again.

Just had 4 lovely days in this fantastic, quiet location. Perfectly safe for our dog Holly to run around and wear herself out! A beautifully decorated cottage with everything you need and a welcome pack including a beautiful Cornish cream tea. Cant thank the host enough or recommend it it highly enough!!

A lovely cottage with everything we needed for a little break. Great location, amazing surroundings and lovely owners!! Had a great time here, exploring the local area. Cottage is really clean with all the amenities I needed and amazing surrounding views.

Just had a great break at Lower Axford House. The surroundings and views are lovely. The cottage is so nice and has all the comforts you could need and is very clean. The hosts are both welcoming and helpful. The cottage is like a home from home especially as we could bring our dog too. I would definitely recommend and return again.
