Butterbee Cottages - The Aviary

The Aviary is a substantial cottage forming part of Butterbee House, a cluster of holiday lets near Callington. Built with character and set across two storeys, it has sloping ceilings on the upper floor where skylights bring in natural light. The whole property is yours alone, with space to accommodate a party of up to nine.

The ground floor contains the main living and sleeping quarters: an open-plan living and dining area that extends through patio doors to two acres of shared gardens, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and a bedroom with a flexible kingsize bed (available as twin singles). The bathroom here has both a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens to a balcony, and there is a third bedroom with bunk beds and a single, plus a shower room. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; you'll find a welcome pack on arrival.

The gardens offer a firepit and barbecue for gatherings, and the grounds include private parking for four cars. A pub is within a mile, and Launceston Road Recreation Ground is nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Note that the first floor has sloping ceilings throughout.
