The Coach House opens into a layout that works well for two people. Downstairs there's a bedroom with a king bed and French doors that lead straight to a decked terrace. The bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle. Upstairs is an open-plan living space with a woodburner, TV, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, as is initial fuel for the woodburner.

This is one cottage on Pendewey Farm, a working farm set down a quiet country lane near Bodmin. You have the place to yourselves, with access to 40 acres of grounds that include a walled garden and seating areas. Parking is on site, and there's a bike store. A pub is within walking distance; Bodmin town centre is a short drive away. The Camel Trail, a level disused railway line popular with walkers and cyclists, is also nearby. The farm does not allow children or babies due to the presence of animals and farm machinery. Smoking is not permitted inside.
