Pipit is a one-bedroom apartment within the grounds of Falmouth Hotel, a Victorian building set among five acres of landscaped gardens. The property is entirely yours, with parking for one car on site. Everything essential is provided: wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive and settle in without fuss.

The layout spreads across the second floor—a living and dining room with an L-shaped sofa and views toward the bay, a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in) and ensuite shower room. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals if you want them, though you're steps from restaurants and cafés down by the waterfront.

The beach is less than 170 yards away, and the town centre—with its mix of shops, pubs and attractions—is a flat ten-minute walk. From here you can also reach Pendennis Point for views across Falmouth Bay toward the Helford estuary, or simply wander the seafront. No smoking in the property.
