St Mawes is a working harbour village with independent shops, restaurants and a ferry connection to Falmouth. Poldhu sits on high ground just beyond the centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views across the Carrick Roads towards the Lizard Peninsula and St Anthony's Head. The house is a ten-minute downhill walk to the seafront.
Everything is on the ground floor. The living and dining space has a woodburner, French doors onto a decked garden, and a Smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking; the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms are a super king with ensuite bath and shower, a double and a twin; there is also a separate shower room. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. The garden wraps around the property with south-facing terracing and furniture, and there is parking for three cars on site, plus a garage with freezer space. The house does not permit smoking.
It sleeps six and suits families or small groups wanting a base to explore the Roseland Peninsula, or simply to spend time in St Mawes itself.
