Rescorla Farm Cottages - Penty Rosen

Penty Rosen comes fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and separate washer-dryer, so you can cook proper meals or do laundry without leaving the courtyard. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The living room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and open fire for evenings in, plus a sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double, two singles, and a bunk room. There is one bathroom with a corner bath and cubicle shower. The property sits on a 150-acre working farm in a quiet courtyard with ample parking and a large shared garden. The real draw is the private heated indoor swimming pool (6m x 3m), accessed on a pre-set rota, which stays warm year-round.

Pentewan Beach is three miles away and has bike hire for the Pentewan Trail. Mevagissey and Fowey are both nearby for exploring the coast. The farm is walkable or a short drive from the local shop and pub. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
