Rosecraddoc Holiday Village sits in a wooded valley near Liskeard, offering a quiet rural base for exploring south-east Cornwall. The grounds are divided by the River Seaton and laced with footpaths; woodland walks start directly from the property. A 15-minute drive reaches the Looe coastline, while Plymouth and attractions like the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within reach for day trips.
This detached bungalow sleeps three across two bedrooms—a double and a single—with one shower room. Everything is ground-floor access, one step to the entrance. The living and dining room has a TV, DVD and CD player, with patio doors opening to a garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking for one car and heating are all included. The open-plan garden has patio furniture and a stream runs through the grounds about 20 yards away. One pet is welcome. Shared facilities on-site include a tennis court and fishing (permit available). Smoking is not permitted.

A quiet street of pretty bungalows, beautifully kept. Mine had a rushing stream behind, magic!

The lodge is well located to visit places around Cornwall. It has three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, a well appointed kitchen, but no dishwasher. The heating system takes time to heat up the house, but is effective once it gets going. It can accommodate upto two cars comfortably in the drive way in front of the cottage. The hot water supply could definitely be better. While the instant shower is good for a shower, the running hot water in the basin or kitchen sink are grossly inadequate. Lastly, it's very difficult to shave as the only basin doesn't have a mirror. The mirror is behind the user and thus serves no purpose. Overall, reasonable value for money. However, it's built for the summer while we chose to vacation during Christmas holidays. Would like to stay during the summer and explore the beaches of Cornwall again.

Excellent location for a quiet break. You need ur own transport though. Shops, restaurants, bars etc are a drive away. Downside wifi and mobile coverage very poor.

This is THE BURROW the bungalow we rented for the week in rosecraddoc lodge bungalows. Very clean beautifuly tide and the amazing owners left tea milk coffee biscuits for our arrival me my partner and two kiddies and our pooch (YES PETS ALLOWED) and so so peaceful beautiful place to explore EVERYWHERE as long as you don't mind a walk woodland areas to walk your pooch in. This is my selling point wait till the night go out side and just look up the most beautiful sight this world can show you the night sky the stars in all their majesty unfettered by the light pollution from the citys we usually come from I recommend sitting down to look up because you won't want to stop looking. I recommend this beautiful place to all. And thank the owners for a fantastic place to stay on our holiday.
