The Hurlers

The Hurlers sits within Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, a 35-acre estate on the fringes of Bodmin Moor where the River Seaton winds through woodland and gardens. This five-bedroom villa—sleeping ten across a mix of kingsize, double and single beds—gives larger groups or families exclusive use of the whole property. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet mean mornings run smoothly.

Everything happens on the ground floor. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, with a breakfast bar and feature corner bar beyond. The living room opens via French doors onto a private patio overlooking the river, furnished and ready for outdoor meals or evening drinks. A woodburner takes the chill off cooler days. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; heating runs throughout. There is parking for five cars on site.

Beyond your own garden, the village offers shared tennis courts and fishing (a licence is required). The moorland location puts you within reach of Bodmin's market town and the walking routes that cross it. Note that there are two internal steps within the property, and smoking is not permitted.
