St Mawes curves around a working harbour where fishing boats still land their catch, and Roseland View sits opposite the beach with uninterrupted views across the water. The apartment occupies the first and second floors of a building accessed via external steps; upstairs you'll find the main living space, a double bedroom, kitchen and shower room, with two further twin bedrooms and another bathroom on the level above. The outlook stretches from the River Percuil to St Mawes Castle and beyond to the Lizard Peninsula on the horizon.
The living and dining room, kitchen and main bedroom all face the water. You get a full kitchen with electric ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave for cooking proper meals; there's a TV for quieter evenings. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One car can park on site. The garden has a raised patio with seating and views down the bay. The property does not permit smoking, and there are steps both to reach the front door and within the garden itself.
This location works for anyone wanting the texture of a real Cornish harbour town rather than a resort—the Rising Sun pub is close by, and the beach across the road is within a few steps. The position suits families or groups of four needing multiple bedrooms, with enough space that people aren't on top of each other.

What guests say
Wouldn't know what it's like inside. 3 months before our booking (which incidentally was booked over 12 months in advance) they just cancelled our booking. No reason given, no help to secure other accommodation. St Mawes is a highly sought after location and very hard to find suitable accommodation for peak weeks in the summer. Shame on you! Be wary booking this property.
