A single-storey lodge built into a woodland valley setting, Squirrels Leap sits within Rosecraddoc Holiday Village in central Cornwall. The property is arranged on one level, with an open-plan living space that flows from sitting area through dining to kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Everything you need to cook and eat properly is provided, along with wi-fi, heating and linen.
The garden has a patio and furniture for sitting outside; private parking is immediately adjacent, with visitor spaces 20 yards away. Buzzards, kingfishers and owls are common in the surrounding woodland. From here you can reach Bodmin and its moor within easy reach, the Camel Trail for cycling towards Padstow, and Liskeard for shops and restaurants. Beaches at Downderry and Seaton lie to the south. The village itself is quiet; Kingfisher's Haven is nearby. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking inside.
