Stables is a converted agricultural building on a working smallholding in Marhamchurch, set back from the North Cornwall coastline. The property occupies its own space within a 4-acre grounds, where guests have use of a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, games room, and children's play area. The grounds themselves invite exploration—the working aspect of the farm means there are animals on site and the option to collect eggs in the morning.
Inside, the layout runs across three floors. Ground level holds a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The first floor is open-plan living space combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a 32" TV and DVD player; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, a second bedroom contains two single beds. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included. There is a small private garden with sitting-out area and furniture attached to the property.
The location suits families wanting both beach access and rural space. The village itself is modest, but the coast is a short drive away. One thing to know: there is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 110 yards from the building. No smoking inside the property. Children and babies are specifically catered for, with a cot and highchair available on request.
