Stone Cottage

West Cornwall's quieter side sits between two of its liveliest towns. Penzance and St Ives both pull visitors for their harbours, galleries and restaurants, yet the countryside between them remains largely undisturbed. Stone Cottage occupies this middle ground in the hamlet of Nancledra, where it stands next to a historic water mill—a setting that anchors the place in local history without isolating it from what's nearby.

The cottage itself spans two storeys. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas flow into each other, with modern appliances (dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine) that make cooking and laundry straightforward. Upstairs, a king bedroom and a single bedroom share a bathroom with walk-in shower. The garden is private, with space to sit outside; parking is reserved for you at the property. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Smoking is not permitted.

From here, golden beaches and the Southwest Coast Path are reachable by car or short drive. St Ives offers galleries, cafés and a working harbour; Penzance has its own character and history. The location suits people who want both coastal access and rural quiet, without needing to be in either town itself.
