What visitors say
The owner was very understanding when we arrived late after a long day bikepacking. The fields and facilities are well kept, with nice views. A good hedge sheltered us from the winds. Despite our early departure, the owner came out to arrange payment. Thank you for being so flexible.

Beautiful camping ground with basic necessities. Showers and toilets nice and clean! Bad internet service, but this is the same for the town as well… And difficult options for charging appliances (phone etc). Nice owner!

Ross is the perfect host on the site he owns and runs. All facilities are available for a perfect camping stay and he is reasonably priced. I would happily recommend this site to all and would most definitely return. We stayed for a week on the first of 2 available fields. We were close to the facilities at all times and the site was quite enough to sleep peacefully.

Friendly welcome from site owner Russell. He gave us a quick brief of where & what facilities & told us to pick anywhere to pitch next to the hedge around the perimeter (two fields to pick from). The first field appeared to be the busier field with the larger families (assuming as nearer site facilities) so we stayed on the second field & was able to get a really peaceful nights kip! Really peaceful location but wouldn’t recommend walking into St Ives at roads are narrow so can be dangerous for pedestrians. However, there is a bus stop almost outside the campsite that will take you straight into St Ives town for only £2 per adult. Toilet and shower facilities are lovely & clean. The showers are AMAZING. Everything clearly labelled so easy to use. Would recommend to friends/family and stay here again.
