The Cottage

The Cottage is a mid-terrace property in St Ives, within walking distance of the harbour town's shops, restaurants and pubs. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and a twin—with a bathroom and a downstairs living room that has an open fire. Everything needed for self-catering is here: a full kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, plus a tumble dryer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and fuel for the fire comes with your stay.

The cottage is laid out over two floors. Ground level holds the living room with its open fire and smart TV, leading through to a kitchen-breakfast area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment. There is a terraced garden at the front. Access is via a pedestrian entrance with 2 steps.

St Ives itself offers coastal walks, golf and fishing on the outskirts, and the beach is less than a mile away. Parking is available at nearby public car parks. The property is non-smoking.
